Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. By creating one you confirm that you are, and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

Accounts are personal. Do not share your credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.

Unlimited Studio generates images and video from text prompts and from reference images you upload, by sending them to third-party AI model providers. Output is produced by machine and is not reviewed by a person before you see it.

Generation is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that any particular output will match your prompt, resemble your references, or be free of artefacts. Credits are consumed when a generation runs, including when the result disappoints you.

Unlimited Studio is built to reproduce a specific person consistently. That makes the question of whose photographs you upload the most important obligation in these terms.

You confirm, for every image you upload, that:

• you own it or have permission to use it;
• every identifiable person in it has consented to their likeness being used to generate new images and video; and
• no person in it is under 18.

If you are the person depicted in material generated here and you did not agree to it, use the report route. You do not need an account.

The following are never permitted, regardless of account settings, jurisdiction, or artistic intent:

• Sexual or sexualised depictions of anyone who is, or appears to be, under 18. This is screened automatically at both input and output, blocked without exception, and there is no setting that permits it.
• Intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person who has not consented.
• Content presenting a real person as saying or doing something they did not, in a way intended to deceive.
• Content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against anyone.
• Content unlawful where you are, or that infringes another person's rights.

We screen prompts, uploads and generated output automatically, and we screen what you upload before it is sent to a model provider, not only what comes back. Blocked output is discarded rather than stored.

We may suspend an account for a breach of this section without notice. A suspension does not forfeit credits you have already bought: if the account is closed after review, unspent credits are refunded. What a suspension does do is stop the account generating and freeze the deletion of everything it has produced, because that material may be evidence.

Material that sexually depicts a minor is an offence under the Cybercrime Code Act 2016 (No. 35 of 2016), section 18, read with sections 229R-229T of the Criminal Code Act (Chapter 262). We report it immediately to the Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary, and to any other authority with jurisdiction. We preserve the account and its content when we do, rather than deleting it, and we keep preserving it for as long as the investigation requires.

Adult content is off by default. Turning it on requires confirming you are over 18, and where a locked character is involved, recording that person's consent to intimate imagery of their likeness.

Model providers apply their own content rules on top of ours, and may refuse a request we would have allowed. You are not charged for a refusal: it produced nothing, so the credits are returned automatically, the same as for any other failure.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us the licence needed to run the service: to store your files, send them to model providers to fulfil your generations, and screen them for safety.

Subject to these terms and to paying for it, you may use output you generate commercially. We make no warranty that output is free of third-party rights, and we do not indemnify you against claims arising from your use of it.

Credits are bought once, in packs, and do not expire. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Current prices are on the pricing page, which is public and does not require an account.

Credits are consumed when a generation is submitted. Because a generation costs us money the moment it runs, credits spent on one that produced a result are not refundable, including where you are unhappy with the result.

A generation that fails, or that is withheld by content screening, is refunded in full and automatically. That applies whether the failure was ours or a model provider's: a provider refusing your request is not a result, and you are not charged for it. Your free signup credits are spent first; after those, purchased credits are spent oldest pack first. Only purchased credits you have not spent can be refunded, at the price you paid for them — the free signup allowance is not money and nothing is refundable against it. Ask us and we will refund them.

Payments are processed by Verotel, which is the merchant of record, and their terms apply to the transaction itself. The descriptor shown on your statement is displayed at checkout before you confirm.

Unlimited Studio depends on third-party providers and is offered as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what your unspent credits will buy, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may ask for a refund of the balance.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may close yours at any time from Settings. On closure we delete your uploads and generated assets, except where we must keep records — for example consent attestations and moderation events, which we retain as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under your local law.

This is the entity referred to elsewhere on this site as the operator of Unlimited Studio.
