Compliance and content policy

Unlimited Studio is a generative studio for images, video and short films. It supports both general-audience and adult content. Adult output is a first-class part of the service rather than an accident of it: there are dedicated adult model routes, and they are reachable only by account holders who have confirmed they are adults and have turned adult content on.

All output is synthetic and machine-generated. Unlimited Studio does not host user-uploaded pornography, does not operate a marketplace, and does not broker contact between users.

These are hard limits. They are enforced by automated screening on both input and output, they are not subject to account settings, and breaching them ends the account.

• Any depiction of a minor, real or synthetic, sexualised or otherwise placed in a sexual context. Reference images suspected of depicting a minor are refused outright and the request is stopped — it is never re-routed to another provider.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery. You may only use the likeness of a real person where that person has given informed, revocable consent for intimate depiction. Unlimited Studio records that consent per character and blocks adult generation without it.
• Sexual content involving coercion, incapacity or force, or any depiction presented as real non-consensual activity.
• Bestiality, and sexual content involving animals.
• Content that sexualises or eroticises violence, injury, or death.
• Impersonation of a real, identifiable person for deceptive purposes, and any material intended to harass, defame, extort or blackmail.
• Anything unlawful in the jurisdiction where it is produced or viewed.

Accounts are gated by an explicit adult attestation, recorded with the terms version, timestamp, IP address and user agent at the moment it is given. Adult routing is unavailable until that record exists and the account holder has enabled adult content. Either can be withdrawn at any time in settings, which immediately closes the adult routes.

We will apply stricter documentary age verification where a jurisdiction requires it, and we cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and law enforcement.

Unlimited Studio's defining feature is character consistency, which means reference photographs. That places real people at the centre of the product, and the rules follow from that:

• You must hold the right to use every likeness you upload. If the person is not you, you must have their permission.
• Adult generation of a given character is blocked until intimate consent has been recorded for that specific character.
• Consent is revocable. Withdrawing it immediately stops further adult generation for that character.

Output on Unlimited Studio is generated by machine-learning models. It is not a recording of a sexual performance, and no performers are engaged, directed or filmed by us. We therefore do not hold performer records of the kind kept for filmed productions under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

We do retain the account-level records that make accountability possible: age attestations, per-character consent records, moderation decisions and generation provenance. Requests from a competent authority should go to support@unlimitedstudio.io.

If your likeness has been used here without your consent, or you believe content breaches this policy, report it through the content report form. No account is required and you do not have to give your name.

Reports involving a minor are triaged ahead of everything else and escalated to the relevant authorities. Everything else is reviewed and answered, with content removed where the report is upheld.

Purchases are one-off credit packs. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge to stop. Credits do not expire.

Charges appear on your statement under the billing descriptor shown at checkout, which identifies the payment processor rather than the nature of the content. If you do not recognise a charge, contact support@unlimitedstudio.io before disputing it — we can identify and refund a charge faster than a chargeback can.

Refunds are available for credits that have not been spent. Credits consumed by a completed generation are not refundable, because the compute has already been bought on your behalf; a generation that fails or is withheld by screening is refunded automatically.
